Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

A private oncology practice in Syracuse is adding a Medical Oncologist to join their team of 18 physicians , over 30 advanced practice providers, and more than 320 employees. Comprehensive program with specialists in hematology/oncology, radiation/oncology, palliative care, and pulmonology.

Practice Highlights:

• 32-hour patient-facing work week
• Experienced RNs, patient navigators, dosimetrists, physical therapy, social workers, dietitians
• Multidisciplinary Tumor Boards - Breast, GI, Lung, Melanoma
• Certified ASCO - Patient-Centered Cancer Care (one of 19 centers in the US with this distinction)
• Robust Clinical Trials program - Alliance and Pharma

Recruitment Package:

• Partnership Track
• Base Salary starts in the $400,000-$425,000 range + Production bonuses
• Incremental salary increases before partnership
• Sign-On bonus: $30,000
• 6 weeks PTO and 1 week CME / $5,000 allowance
