About the Role
The Benefits Administration Specialist is an opportunity to help employer groups manage their employee benefits programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and HR teams
- Manage open enrollments
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Conduct regular audits of files, documentation, and processes
- Manage ACA and COBRA compliance; employee eligibility, premium payment tracking, terminations, enrollments, reporting, and deadlines
Skills & Experience
At least three (3) years of benefits administration experience.
