About the Role The Benefits Administration Specialist is an opportunity to help employer groups manage their employee benefits programs. Duties & Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employees and HR teams Manage open enrollments Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Conduct regular audits of files, documentation, and processes Manage ACA and COBRA compliance; employee eligibility, premium payment tracking, terminations, enrollments, reporting, and deadlines Skills & Experience At least three (3) years of benefits administration experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
