Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Support employee relations intake, documentation, and issue escalation
- Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation programs, and new hire documentation
- Facilitate training sessions and employee education programs
- Process HR administrative tasks, system updates, I-9s, badges, and payroll-related changes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with employee engagement events and day-to-day HR support
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Previous corporate Human Resources Generalist experience required
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
- Experience handling confidential employee information appropriately
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
