Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Support employee relations intake, documentation, and issue escalation

• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation programs, and new hire documentation

• Facilitate training sessions and employee education programs

• Process HR administrative tasks, system updates, I-9s, badges, and payroll-related changes

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

• Assist with employee engagement events and day-to-day HR support

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Previous corporate Human Resources Generalist experience required

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems

• Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations

• Experience handling confidential employee information appropriately

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
