Recruitment Coordinator

Starting Pay - $23.00 to $28.00 per hour SCC Soft Computer is looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role supports the full recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding activities. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and candidate communications. Manage job postings and applicant tracking. Conduct phone screenings. Process offer letters, background checks, and new hire paperwork. Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions. Represent SCC at job fairs and recruiting events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Two years of recruiting or Human Resources experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
