The Jr. Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for supporting partner onboarding, account coordination, and day-to-day communications under the guidance of a senior Account Manager or Lead.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support partner onboarding and account management tasks under the direction of an senior Account Manager or Lead.
• Assist with partner communication, basic issue follow-up, and reporting.
• Manage smaller or low-complexity accounts with oversight.
• Learn IDIQ systems, partner workflows, and escalation paths.
• Maintain documentation, track tasks, and assist with ticket management.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings as a support resource.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
• Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy/protection and data loss prevention.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

• At least 1 year experience in customer service-facing positions or equivalent showing a clear trend of success. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).   
• Experience using a CRM system (preferably experience using Zoho CRM or an equivalent sales CRM application).
• First level technical support or general help desk assistance experience for an application where support consisted of answering application questions, training clients on the use of application features, and assessing problems for solutions. 
• Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage workload, adhere to schedules, and deliver consistent customer support.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

• Strong telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Established track record of reliability and good attendance.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks.
• Operates with a high degree of independence, identifying and pursuing priorities without being prompted while actively contributing innovative solutions and ideas that push the company forward.

Position Details:  This is a full-time, hourly position (40 hours/week). 

Pay : The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr to $30.00/hr.  The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, and experience.  Also, certain position are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.  If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve listed and you think can bring value to IDIQ, we would love to learn more about you.

Business Office Environment:  This position operates in a professional office setting. The environment includes the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise levels range from low to moderate and may increase during periods of high activity, or team collaboration. The position may require sustained periods of concentration, handling multiple priorities, or meeting deadlines, which may contribute to moderate stress at times. The employee should be able to work effectively in this type of environment and adapt to occasional fluctuations in workflow or office conditions.

Physical Requirements:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with members, stakeholders, and colleagues and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly and effectively. The employee frequently remains in a stationary position for extended periods of time and occasionally moves about the workspace. The role also requires constant operation of a computer or other office equipment. The employee may be required to push, pull, or otherwise move up to 10-30 pounds of various equipment. Duties may include, but are not limited to, repetitive tasks such as operating a computer keyboard and mouse while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about an assigned work area.
