Surgical Tech Mentor (Remote) for TS-C Certification

Springboard is seeking experienced Surgical Technicians to serve as student mentors for a new 18-week TS-C focused program. Remote, part-time, 6–10 hours weekly, with 1:1 mentorship and exam preparation support. You will reinforce surgical concepts, connect coursework to real OR practice, and coach learners toward certification readiness while collaborating with instructors and support teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Springboard
