Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Receptionist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Menlo Park, CA within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.

The Receptionist will support daily front desk operations, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming office experience. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, respond to general questions, and route calls to the appropriate contact.
- Operate a multi-line phone system in a professional and efficient manner.
- Greet clients, partners, and visitors conducting business with the office.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Support administrative needs specific to the assigned business area.
- Maintain a professional front-office presence and help ensure a positive client and visitor experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
