Inver Grove Toyota is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will oversee parts inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service to support our dealership’s operations and growth.

• Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and train parts staff to deliver excellent service and maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor parts sales, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on department performance.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and support overall dealership goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and parts management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to automotive parts management is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, paid monthly.
