Banquet Captain (Part-Time)

Responsibilities Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs. Be hands‑on with banquet setup and execution. Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create memorable WOW moments. Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail. Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands. Qualifications Love working as part of a team. Trustworthy and have integrity. Flexible with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Collaborative in a team environment. Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment. Intermediate computer skills. Luxury hotel experience is a plus. Benefits Free meals. Physical Requirements Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over. Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis. Salary The pay scale for this position is $17.52 per hour. *The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
