This vital role moves beyond back-end administration to focus heavily on the human side of compliance—driving clear internal communication, building educational programs, and serving as a proactive resource for our workforce. If you bring a foundational background in Corporate or HR Compliance, excellent presentation skills, and an organized approach to program management, we want you on our team! salary: $30 - $35 per hour

- Training Development & Delivery: Designing, coordinating, and delivering employee-facing compliance training initiatives, policy orientations, and onboarding programs.
- Drafting Professional Communications: Crafting clear, polished corporate messaging to support employee-facing compliance activities and awareness campaigns.
- Corporate & HR Compliance Administration: Managing foundational day-to-day compliance operations, tracking policy adherence, supporting employee relations, and assisting with workplace investigations.
- Compliance Project Management: Organizing program logistics, managing documentation workflows under strict record controls, and tracking operational project timelines across departments.
