Job Description

We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter in the Phoenix, AZ region as one of our enterprise clients is expanding in Arizona. This person will be responsible for hiring ~100 entry level grads per year in this geography. Companywide, our client plans on hiring ~500 entry level grads over the next 12 months!

Responsibilities 

Who you are: You are a recruiter, but a consultant at heart. You are expected to be a self-starter who works independently to execute all full life cycle recruitment processes. You're an approachable leader that coaches team members and delivers timely feedback regarding production and performance. You are agile and quickly respond to client requests with the best response possible and always handle situations with tact. You can manage both clients and project teams through the twists and turns of any engagement. 

Additional responsibilities include:

• Build and champion relationships with university career center partners, professors, and other campus influencers

• Execution of various events through on-campus and digital activities throughout the calendar year 

• Serve as the key point of contact throughout the candidate journey

• Manage applicant flow through ATS system

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop campus recruiting plans and strategies to meet business needs 

• Advise internal and external business partners on employment trends impacting college and university students 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

To be successful at ORS, you excel at: 

Project Management: You have a deep understanding of project management and strategy creation. You lead projects against milestones and inform clients of challenges or issues and work to resolve problems while identifying opportunities for ORS to extend the partnership. 

Recruitment Consulting: You possess market knowledge and the ability to educate and consult clients on best practices based on the industry & current candidate market. You excel in client interactions being able to articulate ORS value proposition, discuss overall workforce planning and interact with clients for weekly reporting updates. 

Sourcing: You independently create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for both yourself and/or an internal sourcing team to identify candidates who meet client profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements. You interpret client needs and lead project teams in generating ideas for effective sourcing strategies and then evaluate and tweak to maximize results. 

Screening & Interviewing: You have experience in advanced call scripting and candidate engagement and serve as an ongoing candidate relationship manager for clients. You deploy advanced candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles. 

Client Management: You demonstrate the follow up skills and documentation skills required to complete assignments and are highly organized and masterful at multi-tasking. You effectively and proactively communicate project reporting and updates to hiring managers, team members, and client champions. 

Additional qualifications include :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 75% of your day to day being in a campus recruiting capacity

• Recruiting in a large national or global corporate preferred

• Willingness to travel ~25% to universities across the Southwest
