Proactively identifying and engaging top talent, the part-time Campus Recruiter will develop recruitment strategies, manage the candidate pipeline, and foster relationships with hiring managers while working remotely for a contract duration of 3+ months. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to attract and source qualified candidates Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify ideal profiles Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate journey Required Qualifications Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Advanced skills in candidate sourcing and relationship management Intermediate project management abilities Basic data analysis skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
