Connect Staffing, Inc. is assisting a large Atlanta law firm in hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for attorneys and staff in the Atlanta office. You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, and peripherals, manage requests in ServiceNow, support video conferencing and AV systems, assist with onboarding and moves, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
