As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.30 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue04:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed04:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur04:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri04:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
