Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of individualized support plans aimed at maximizing the developmental outcomes for infants and toddlers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental progress.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Providing direct support and guidance to families, empowering them with knowledge and skills necessary for nurturing their child’s development.

• Adhering to all Federal and State regulations applicable to social work and early intervention practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to foster meaningful learning opportunities.

• Building strong relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues to create supportive learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support infants and toddlers who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will be working closely with families to help their children develop vital physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills that are crucial during their formative years. Your work will be integral in assisting families in navigating the early intervention process, ensuring that their children receive appropriate and timely support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A current license issued by the Department of Public Health, specifically an LCSW.

• A valid driver’s license is required for any in-person interactions or assessments.
