The Opportunity JBT Marel is looking for a Parts Order Entry Specialist in US - Sabetha, KS. Key Responsibilities Coordinates and oversees customer support activities, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inquiries and requests, following established procedures. Coordinates service contracts, and follows up on service reports with involved parties. Provides guidance and support to junior coordinators and customer service representatives. Processes orders, returns, and service requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Communicates with customers to provide updates and resolve issues, escalating highly complex matters as needed. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes. Implements standard operating procedures for customer support activities within their scope. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to ensure efficient customer support operations. Prepares and reviews reports on customer support performance and trends as directed. May identify additional sales and service opportunities. Ensures compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Supports training and development programs for customer support staff.
