What You'll Do Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for hourly and salaried employees Maintain payroll records, timekeeping systems, and employee data while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations Assist with onboarding, orientation, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance Support recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and processing employment documentation Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee inquiries Track attendance, PTO, leaves of absence, and employee status changes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Partner with supervisors and management to support employee relations and HR initiatives Assist with audits, reporting, and HR/payroll documentation as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information Support safety initiatives and HR programs within a manufacturing environment Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Coordinator or processing payroll What Sets You Apart Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HR policies, and employment regulations Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and payroll software Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-focused mindset Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Additional Information Opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization with a strong operational focus Collaborative work environment with direct impact on both HR and payroll functions Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
