CNC Machinist/Programmer

We have an immediate need for a CNC Milling machinist to produce precision parts through setup and operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Produces precision machined parts by, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control
• Maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Program, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machines using Mastercam or GibbsCAM, ensuring precise and efficient toolpaths for complex parts.

Qualifications: -Must be able to work OT as required

• Must Program CNC mills, including setting zero points, tool offsets, and proving out part programs
• Must Set up machines with chucks, vices, tooling, and attachments for production runs
• Must Design and build proper fixturing to support machining processes
• Must Inspect first-run and in-process parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to specs
