Jefferson Southern Corp Rockmart, GA 30153, USA Description Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements Assist with consolidation package for parent company Prepare internal management documents Prepare monthly financial statements Assist with physical inventory counts Record all Honda sales and other sales on a daily basis Post payments in the system when received Reconcile received payment differences Work with Shipping, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting to perform cost analysis. Match coil receiving tickets to HTA invoice and post Maintain inter-company freight costs and record cost split with J-Group Assist with the development and implementation of J-SOX Track and plan cost of New Model Development Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. Five (5) or more years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company. Experience in budget control, inventory control, fixed asset control, payables, and receivables required. Experience/knowledge in consolidated accounting, budget planning, cash management, funding, corporate tax auditing, state and local taxes strongly preferred.
