Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy or a closely related field
• Current, active OT licensure in Arizona
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for partnering with children, families, and educational staff

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct therapy to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Assessing students’ needs and documenting progress toward goals
• Designing and adapting activities to promote classroom participation and independence
• Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance with state and federal guidelines
