Pests keep coming back, making our industry recession‑resistant. Responsibilities Lead a service operation upon completion of paid training. Motivate the service team to consistently deliver world‑best service, prioritizing safety. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Assist with recruiting top talent. Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management. Lead training meetings. Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed action, and outstanding empathetic service. Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services, and technology. Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients. Physical Requirements Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work in various weather conditions.
