Founding Product Manager

We are starting an office in San Francisco and this role will expected to be in office 4 days a week. TrashLab is a vertical AI agent and system of action platform that powers the businesses of waste collection and processing companies across US & Canada, helping them grow their revenue and better service their customers. We operate in over 40 states and expect to grow 3x this year. You will join as our founding product manager, owning and driving forward the core products that haulers depend on everyday. You will: Talk to customers Build prototypes. Ship product. Become our in-house expert on waste hauling workflows. You are a great fit if: You have 10+ agents building features and researching products at this very moment. You have excellent product and design taste. You are excited by logistics, accounting, finance problems. You are AI pilled. Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $185,000 per year.
