AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring an outgoing, motivated individual who enjoys working with people and wants to develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and leadership .

No previous sales or automotive experience is required! We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you're friendly, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn, we'll help you build the skills needed to grow with our team.

This is an active, face-to-face customer sales position where you'll help vehicle owners understand their options for windshield repair, auto glass replacement, and hail damage services while delivering a great customer experience.

Compensation:

$46,000 - $64,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate , you will:

• Connect with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations

• Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and hail damage

• Educate customers about auto glass repair and replacement services

• Explain service options and answer customer questions

• Assist customers with the insurance claims process

• Schedule repair and replacement appointments

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Represent AGC Auto Glass professionally and enthusiastically

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable

• Interested in developing a career in sales, customer service, or leadership

• Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Candidates must successfully pass the background check required for access to the military installation
