More can be found out about us at Richelieu.com.As a vital role charged with the management of both people and processes, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehousing activities including shipping/receiving and picking/packing.Lead a team that covers the areas of shipping/receiving and picking/packingHold people management responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, planning and assigning daily work, ensuring safety rules and other policies/procedures are adhered to, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problemsMeet warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems and identifying warehouse system improvementsMaintain storage area by keeping floor space organized, adhere to storage design principles, and recommend improvement opportunitiesKeep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, handling preventive maintenance, and calling for repairsStay up to date with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesPromote and uphold Richelieu’s set of Core ValuesPerform any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisorWhat We Are Seeking3+ years of experience in a similar management positionStrong leadership and communication skillsKPI oriented, well organizedWarehouse Management System (WMS) experienceCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive market-based hourly pay rateGroup insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)Employee Stock Purchase Plan401(K)Paid vacationCompany discount program
