Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options suitable to their preferences. Demonstrate product knowledge of Hyundai models and features to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations. Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership promotions, pricing, and inventory. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in automotive sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Strong negotiation and closing skills. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
