This role is ideal for a commercially driven technical sales leader who wants to elevate their career, increase their earning potential, and progress into an executive-level position. The Role: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40+ sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance. Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term strategic relationships across engineering and manufacturing sectors. Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration. The Candidate: Strong background in HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems. Proven success in consultative, relationship-driven technical sales. A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate high-performing teams.
