Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative services and improve patient mobility and function. The role involves working with diverse patient populations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients' physical conditions and create individualized therapy programs.

  Implement evidence-based treatment interventions to promote recovery.

  Monitor and document patient progress regularly.

  Educate patients and their families on exercises and treatments to continue care independently.

Qualifications:

  Possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.

  Hold a Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

  Have prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.

  Be able to pass a background check and provide necessary certifications.
