Casting Shift Supervisor Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ 90,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually
• First shift

• Oversee day-to-day foundry operations and maintain a strong floor presence to achieve production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Lead production teams, establish work schedules, assign responsibilities, and support employee hiring, training, evaluation, and development.
• Review production schedules, staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational reports to identify and resolve production issues.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and other departments to address equipment problems and implement process improvements.
• Enforce safety, OSHA, environmental, and PPE requirements while supporting efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.

Casting Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3–7 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of foundry equipment, including melting furnaces, sand systems, and cranes, along with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams, solve complex operational problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a high-heat, dusty, noisy foundry environment and maintain a flexible schedule to support off-shift or weekend needs.
