Maintenance Technician

Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, Oklahoma facility. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals who enjoy hands‑on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.

• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant‑wide mechanical and electrical equipment. This role includes performing general maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, supporting production goals, and contributing to a zero‑harm workplace.

• Key Responsibilities " +

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
• +
• Inspect machinery and equipment for wear or needed repairs
• +
• Perform general plant maintenance, including welding, pipefitting, machining, and basic fabrication
• +
• Install, align, and maintain new and existing equipment
• +
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• +
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials
• +
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner
• +
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a zero‑harm workplace
• +
• Assist with additional maintenance or operational tasks as assigned

• Qualifications " +

• High school diploma or GED
• +
• Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience
• +
• Mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge preferred

• Ability to read basic schematics and equipment manuals

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Dependable with a commitment to safety

• Day shift, Tuesday–Saturday

• 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (or until production is complete)

• $26.48 per hour, paid weekly
