Guardian Family Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly and growing team! If you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, working alongside a supportive doctor, and being part of a positive office culture, we would love to meet you.Our practice is built on kindness, teamwork, and high-quality patient care, and we’re excited to welcome someone who wants to grow their skills and be part of a practice that truly values its team.
You’ll work directly with Kyle Crandall, DMD and our clinical team to provide exceptional care in a warm, patient-focused environment.

Work Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- (Possible Friday's TBD)
What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Infection control and sterilization procedures
- Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
- Taking impressions and assisting with scanning when needed
- Helping the clinical team keep the day running smoothly

- Digital X-rays
- CBCT 3D imaging
- CEREC scanning technology
What We’re Looking For
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
- CPR certification required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Friendly, patient-centered communication style
- A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
Compensation & Benefits
