Inside Sales Representative

About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative you will work to develop new leads with a focus on converting prospects into Othram customers, helping to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism with customers. The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time position located on-site at Othram’s headquarters in the Woodlands, TX. What You Get to Do Every Day Identify and document key stakeholders (influencers, champions, decision-makers) within accounts. Conduct follow-up calls and consultations to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of all activities and KPIs in Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to transition new accounts post-sale. Forecast and report revenue performance for your territory. Manage and track incoming case submissions from new accounts generated through outbound prospecting and outreach. Drive revenue by ensuring account submission goals are achieved consistently. Maintain deep knowledge of Othram’s offerings and uncover new opportunities via discovery. Required Competencies and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 1–2 years in sales, customer success, or client support roles. Onsite availability at Othram HQ in The Woodlands, TX. Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) for documentation and pipeline management. Strong understanding of performance-based sales and revenue generation. Self-motivated and adaptable; able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Competencies and Experience Familiarity or willingness to learn about DNA analysis and forensic workflows. Experience working with law enforcement agencies in a consulting or support capacity.
