Franchise Sales Director - West Coast and MidWest

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Franchise Sales Director - West Coast and MidWest based in United States. This is a fully remote, high-activity sales leadership opportunity focused on building franchise growth across a broad U.S. territory. You will proactively identify and engage independent brokerage owners, industry leaders, and other potential franchise partners. The role combines strategic market development with hands‑on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and qualification. You’ll spend significant time in the field, meeting prospects, attending industry events, and developing local market intelligence. Working alongside a Regional Vice President, you’ll create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and help accelerate territory growth. Success will come from disciplined sales execution, entrepreneurial ownership, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of market opportunities. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up and operating with significant autonomy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Triwill Group
