What You'll Do

As a Canvasser, you'll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You'll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

• Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn

• Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day

Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we'll teach you the rest.

Physical Requirements

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
