Senior Claims Examiner

Joining a customer-focused team, the full-time Senior Claims Examiner will adjudicate life insurance claims, assist beneficiaries through the claims process, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Reviews and processes claims while extracting necessary information Handles incoming calls to assist beneficiaries and family members with claim inquiries Conducts investigations and gathers documentation to support claims processing Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Working knowledge of Life or Disability Claims is a plus Ability to work in a virtual environment with reliable internet and phone access Flexibility to cover evening phone shifts on a rotating basis Experience in customer service, particularly in high-touch environments
