Medical Assembler

Join our dynamic Production Operations Team as a Medical Assembler, responsible for assembling critical medical equipment used in hospital rooms. You will work on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of a bedside monitoring device with precision.
• Follow established assembly processes and techniques meticulously.
• Document any defective parts or errors encountered during the assembly process.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in every step of the assembly process.
• Perform final testing on sub-assemblies to ensure functionality.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and be cross-trained into six stations.

Essential Skills

• At least one year of experience in electro/mechanical medical operations.
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong interest in the medical device industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and computer programs like MS Word.
• Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and solve problems.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and record traceability information.
• Capability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous assembly and testing experience.
• Ability to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience in general production, inventory, packing, and mechanical assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
