Express Employment Professionals of North Aurora is currently hiring for multiple 2nd Shift Manufacturing Positions with a growing manufacturing company located in Aurora, IL . If you have experience in metal fabrication, machine operation, CNC setup, or industrial manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

$22.97 - $27.02 per hour (based on experience and position)
ScheduleTraining: First 2 weeks on 1st Shift - Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Regular Schedule After Training: - Monday-Friday
- 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Set up and operate CNC, fabrication, stamping, press brake, shear, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and tape measures.
- Monitor production quality and maintain required tolerances.
- Inspect parts and verify specifications.
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, CNC setup, fabrication, or metalworking experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to quality, attendance, and workplace safety.
