The successful candidate will oversee all plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Read, interpret, and work from mechanical and plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation of plumbing systems. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule plumbing crew activities, ensuring efficient utilization of team members and progress on schedule. Inspect and test plumbing systems and components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring proper function and compliance with codes and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to the plumbing crew, addressing issues and offering solutions to complex problems. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to align plumbing work with the overall project plan. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and issues encountered, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Foreman role within the mechanical construction industry. At least 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with strong understanding of commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including hydronic, domestic water, gas piping, and drainage systems. Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications. Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage and coordinate a skilled trades crew. Excellent problem‑solving skills, quickly identifying and resolving issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively liaising with a range of stakeholders.
