I need someone I can drop off at a job site, set up with the scope of work, and trust to get the job done right without me being there to watch over their shoulder. ​If you are a professional who takes pride in your work and doesn't need to be told twice what to do, this is for you. ​What I Need from You ​Total Responsibility: I set you up, and you take it from there. You manage the timing, the workspace, and the final quality. ​High Standards: We don't just "slap paint on." You need to be an expert at prep—power washing, sanding, using Bondo/epoxy for repairs, and making sure every surface is perfect before the paint touches it. ​Trade Knowledge: You should be comfortable with everything from exterior siding and brick staining to high-end interior work and cabinets. ​Problem Solving: If a small issue comes up on-site, I need you to have the experience and confidence to handle it professionally on your own. ​The Requirements ​Extreme Attention to Detail: You must be the person who catches the runs, the thin spots, or the messy edges before anyone else does. ​Reliability: You show up on time, every day. I need someone I can depend on to keep the project moving. ​Experience: You’ve been doing this long enough to know the "right way" versus the "fast way" and can produce a high-end finish every time. ​The Deal ​We do high-quality work and use top-tier materials.
