The Home Depot is seeking an experienced User Experience Director to lead a 20–30 person UX organization, shaping experience across core business domains. This leader will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, align priorities, and guide teams in solving complex problems through research-informed decisions.
