Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate – New Club Opening Lathrop, CA Location: 17401 S. Manthey Road, Lathrop, CA 95330 Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $27.00/hr* Full Time – Shifts may vary. Job Purpose Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring high quality, correct temperature, and member‑ready displays. Provide customer service in the deli, and support a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Key Responsibilities Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following cold chain procedures. Monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lower-quality items. Handle claims and returns; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, logs, and paperwork. Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise and maintain clean, sanitized, member‑ready displays. Clean freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitor fans, drains, and doors. Assist members with deli orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines. Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment safely; report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management. Desired Qualifications Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer/cooler). Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Pride in maintaining accurate and efficient operations. Comfortable using equipment and following safety guidelines. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs. Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience with stocking and customer service.
