Freight Flow Associate

What You'll Do Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy. Operate forklifts safely, following company standards to pick up, move, and position merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using company data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow per company policy and procedures, correcting shelf capacities, and maintaining required paperwork and logs. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and offering guidance and support for self‑service technology and purchasing decisions. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning areas, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting in picking orders, staging products, and performing occasional audits for accuracy. Handle inventory moves and displays, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices. Operate and maintain forklifts safely, reporting unsafe conditions and informing management of mechanical issues. Identify customers who need help, engage them actively, and assist with technology services and items; identify rebuild opportunities and fix problems promptly. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
