Distribution Associate

We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company in our Distribution/Warehousing Department. We are currently seeking a full-time Distribution Associate in Tracy, California. This individual is responsible for ensuring products are efficiently received or picked, processed, and shipped to customers, while maintaining accurate inventory. Job Responsibilities: Complete Daily Forklift Checklist and follow Forklift and Order Picker maintenance and safety procedures on a daily basis. Loading and Unloading freight trucks. Receiving, Stocking, Order Selecting, Dispatching, Packing and Shipping product. Auditing of inventory and shipments. Process RA's Operate cardboard/bailing compacting machine. Maintain and assist with keeping all work areas organized and clean (i.e. sweep areas, take out garbage and perform other warehouse sanitation duties as needed). Perform light-clerical, filing, ordering department supplies, and stocking supplies. Adhere to all safety and operational compliance regulations. Participate in monthly learning meetings. Assist and cross train in other departments. Perform other duties as needed. Job Requirements: High School Education or Equivalent Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Hourly Rate and Compensation: Hourly Rate Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.00 Bonus Opportunity: Profit Bonus: $0 to $500 per month (increases hourly rate up to $2.88 per hour or up $6k per year) Benefits for Full-Time Employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, ER paid Life for Employee, Voluntary benefits, Medical FSA, Dependent FSA, HSA, 401k, and Financial Wellness planning. Vacation Benefit: At completion of 3-month introductory period, vacation accrual up to an annual max of 40 hours in the first 23 months, at 24 months, accrual up to an annual max of 80 hours with a rollover balance. Sick Benefit: Sick accrual begins upon date of hire up to a max annual accrual of 80 hours with a max usage of 48 hours annually with a rollover balance.
