About the Role: Member of the Board of Advisors

ENGII is seeking experienced professionals to join its Board of Advisors and provide strategic guidance as the company advances from prototype and pilot development toward broader market expansion. Advisors will support the leadership team with industry insight, customer discovery, fundraising strategy, technical validation, commercial partnerships, and go-to-market planning. This is a part-time advisory role ideal for individuals who want to support an early-stage technology company at the intersection of engineering, software, energy efficiency, and real estate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on product development, market positioning, and commercialization.
• Introduce the company to potential customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Advise on building energy audits, engineering workflows, software adoption, or real estate portfolio needs.
• Support the leadership team with feedback on pilots, fundraising materials, and growth strategy.
• Participate in periodic advisory board discussions and provide input between meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong network across construction technology, commercial real estate, engineering firms, energy services, utilities, or sustainability-focused organizations.
• Prior advisory, board, startup, venture, or executive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to provide practical, strategic feedback to an early-stage founding team.
• Interest in supporting technology that improves efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in building audit workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a part-time advisory role with the opportunity to receive sweat equity, subject to company approval and final advisory agreement terms. Advisors may also have the opportunity to participate as angel investors. This role offers the chance to contribute to an early-stage company with a clear technical roadmap, a growing market opportunity, and a mission-driven focus on improving building audit automation.
