Schedule

3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (4 AM - 4 PM), totaling 36 hours per week with every 3rd weekend required.

Requirements

Valid nursing or allied health license
Relevant certifications as required
Experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care
Assist with daily activities and needs of patients
Monitor patient health and report any changes
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
Document patient care accurately
