Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN
- Provide nursing care and support in post-acute settings.
- Charting and maintaining accurate patient records using computerized systems.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
Requirements of the LPN / LVN
- Current LPN / LVN license for Iowa.
- Current BLS certification.
- Willingness to pick up shifts as needed.
- Minimum experience as required per facility standards.
