Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide nursing care and support in post-acute settings.
• Charting and maintaining accurate patient records using computerized systems.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Current LPN / LVN license for Iowa.
• Current BLS certification.
• Willingness to pick up shifts as needed.
• Minimum experience as required per facility standards.
