This role requires a creative visionary with strong hands-on skills in graphic design, particularly for advertising, social media, case studies, whitepapers, illustrations, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, business development, and content teams to produce visually stunning and effective materials that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually appealing designs for advertisements, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, emails, and print materials.
• Design illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support our content and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Maintain and enhance Uptalent.io's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual content fresh and innovative.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.
