Employee Health NP: Pre-Employment & Wellness Exams

White Glove Placement is currently hiring NP Nurse Practitioners for Employee Health role in Cohoes, NY (Albany County). Job Description Conduct pre-employment, occupational health, and fitness-for-duty medical examinations for candidates, New York State civil service employees, local civil service employees, and personnel referred by partnering agencies and authorities to Employee Health Services. Responsibilities Review respirator mask questionnaires and complete clearance reports for State employees using various types of respirators. Review audiometric testing results and prepare reports for employees and referring agencies. Assist with diagnostic testing, including electrocardiograms (EKGs) and pulmonary function testing. Provide immunizations, including Hepatitis, rabies, and influenza vaccines, to current State employees. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient clinical problems and health care needs. Qualifications Must have a New York State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
