This role is ideal for a driven, self-starting salesperson with a passion for growing business opportunities throughout the year. Vette City Catering provides all banquet and concession services at the stadium as well as off-site catering.**Job Description**:* Market special event and catering services to business and private groups.* Act as primary on-site contact for all non-baseball events.* Manage all events from proposal to execution (including walk-throughs, food and beverage planning, and staffing).* Coordinate premium group food and beverage packages for Hot Rods games.* Collaborate with the Executive Team and Hot Rods staff to build brand image and growth opportunities.* Represent Vette City Catering and Bowling Green Hot Rods at various promotional and networking events.**Experience**:* Sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry a strong plus.* Restaurant and banquet operations background a strong plus.* Working familiarity with Microsoft Office.**Physical Demands & Working Environment:*** Required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.* Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, or crouching are all part of this position.* Must be able to handle weather-related elements such as rain and heat.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
